These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SaveFlow AI ("SaveFlow," "the Service"), operated by RevenArc LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using SaveFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SaveFlow is a personal finance tool that analyzes your recurring charges and subscriptions to help you identify savings opportunities. The Service provides:

• Automatic detection of recurring subscriptions from your bank transactions
• Identification of unused, duplicate, or overpriced services
• AI-generated savings recommendations
• Alerts for upcoming trial conversions, renewals, and price increases
• Tools to assist with cancellations, negotiations, and refund disputes

SaveFlow is an informational and productivity tool. We do not provide financial advice, and our recommendations should not be construed as such.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use SaveFlow.

3. Subscription and Billing

SaveFlow Premium is billed at $7.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Bank Account Access

When you connect a bank account through Plaid, you grant us read-only access to your transaction data. We cannot and will not:

• Initiate transfers or payments from your accounts
• Modify your bank account settings
• Access your bank login credentials (Plaid handles authentication directly)

You may disconnect your bank account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not use the Service to engage in fraudulent activity
• Not create multiple accounts or share account access

6. AI-Generated Content

SaveFlow uses artificial intelligence to analyze your transactions and generate recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights may contain errors. Always verify recommendations before taking action (e.g., cancelling a subscription, disputing a charge). We are not liable for actions you take based on our recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaveFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenArc LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of SaveFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
